Module of microbiology

Module Microbiology is a specialized information system for the management of microbiological laboratories meeting international accreditation requirements.
The functions of the microbiology module cover a wide range of laboratory activities, including complete laboratory procedures for sample intake, through results reports and billing.

Module of pathology

  • Personal details of the patient (entry, correction), request, access rights to the request

  • Link to central historical DB, receiving office (unified account access and parameters – search option)

  • Link to the central dial of the hospital system, ensure the non-modifiable information in the record from a certain point – the criterion will be specified and tied to the fact that an event occurred.

  • Link to a performance account (document editor), link to the complement (laboratories) within the view of the selected patient's data

  • Daily service: the system includes four workplaces – biopsy, cytology, gynecology, necropsy. Creating a header, at the same time an overview of all past patient requests will be displayed in the pathology as required (e.g. biopsy requests are also shown for cytology). The request number is generated by the system, can be repaired or inserted manually (necropsy).

  • After inserting the header, a window for inserting information about samples (organs) will be displayed.

  • Inserting results – After inserting the results, the window for entering the insurance code will be displayed – using a predefined table or tree
