We are expanding our service team and looking for a new full-time worker.
Job description
- Communication with customers (e-mail, phone, HelpDesk, personal meetings).
- Consultation activities, submission of changes to software requirements, writing a functional specification for programmers. Communication with programmers.
- Creation of user documentation, test scenarios and training materials.
- Quality control of the new functionality, i.e. whether corresponds to the functional specification.
- Customer training.
- Service support for supplied software, installation and configuration of software.
We expect
- At least high school of technical direction. Higher education in IT is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Windows, MS Office.
- Knowledge of SQL, knowledge of the Firebird database system, Oracle or SQL server.
- Analytical thinking. Ability to write a functional specification (such as using UML) is an advantage.
- Pro-client approach, independence, responsibility

Experience
- The advantage is experience in IT or IT support, customer service
- Suitable for university graduates with IT focus.
